Unlock the Power of OneTake 7.11: A Game-Changer for Your Holiday Season!

  • Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, depending on your time zone.
  • Welcome to this session of the Real Time.
  • Hi, everybody.
  • Hi, Joseph.
  • Hi, Cher.
  • Hi, Taha.
  • Welcome to this session.
  • OneTake 7.11 Update Overview

  • Today, I will be sharing what is new in OneTake 7.11.
  • since right now we are right before the holiday season, depending on your choice of, Hanukkah, Christmas, or Shante Noel as we say in the beautiful island of Guadeloupe, we are releasing OneTake 7.11 over the next two weeks.
  • So depending on when you watch this video, what I'm showing to you, will be available in your account in a few days, roughly, instead of the usual being in your account before we do the live demo.
  • But I want to show you some of the cool things that we have done for you already, and some of the really amazing things that we have in store for you in the coming weeks.
  • As a quick reminder, here is what we did in the last update, so if you missed it, the previous update was OneTake 7.9, code named Zacro.
  • And yes, we are skipping straight from 7.9 to 7.10, I don't know.
  • I'm gonna blame Pritish, not doing math properly and say it's totally not my fault that we're doing, this jump.
  • Previous Updates and Improvements

  • What was new in 7.9, first of all, we made OneTake much simpler and easier to use on mobile.
  • So from uploading the content or recording directly inside of OneTake, audio or video, and then having OneTake edit it, and then viewing the result and being able to ask for changes.
  • We just wanted to make that whole process much more streamlined and, so we simplified the, user interface a lot on mobiles to make that happen for you.
  • Secondly, we made a big change for translation, which is enable you- enabling you to do multi-speaker translations.
  • Because in the past, up until fairly recently, if you wanted to translate a video, you had to record your voice first and then ask OneTake to translate using your voice.
  • What we have done, I'll show an example, is that now if you have a video and it's multi-speaker, so for example, a podcast, an interview, this is something that we actually discussed on a live call fairly recently, and, somebody joined the call and said, "Well, Sebastian, we have a two host podcast.
  • So we have two co-hosts, and if I only record my voice, then my co-host is going to speak with my voice when they speak Spanish.
  • Could we find a solution for that?" And we did.
  • New Translation Features

  • So, now if you start a new translation, so once you've uploaded and edited the video, you have a translations button at the top, and you will see something that was not there before, which is here.
  • It says, "Dynamic voice cloning, multi-speaker translations." So when you check that box here, what will happen is that instead of using your recorded voice on file, OneTake will analyze the video and dub each person with their own voice, and we also, perform the recognition of who is the active speaker, which means that if there are two of you in the studio, yourself and your guest or yourself and your co-host, and so you have two people there.
  • when you are talking, your lips will be animated to the new language, so Spanish, French, German, Japanese, whatever, and then when the guest is speaking, their, voice will be used, but also their lips will be animated so that you don't have any kind of wonky alien effects where one person seems to be speaking...
  • well, nothing strange.
  • So this is now available to everybody that had translation available.
  • I said for a while that we were considering making that a paid upgrade, but, in the end, the rule of cool won and we just made that available to everyone.
  • And, so you're welcome.
  • Generating Shorts and Social Media Content

  • keeping in line with the rule of cool, so, OneTake can also generate shorts for any content that is longer than 30 seconds.
  • So, OneTake has had the ability for a while now to select viral segments from your videos so that you could use them on social media.
  • in the beginning we made that only available for longer videos, but we had a couple of people come up to us and say, "Well, what happens is sometimes I record a video that's pretty short, it's like a minute or two, but I still need something that is extremely punchy for my social media." So how you do this is once OneTake has edited a project for you, at the top of the screen you have a button here that says shorts.
  • So it's right next to translations.
  • And when you click it, you can select extract viral shorts, and then you have the choice of saying whether you have instructions or not.
  • So if you leave it to OneTake to choose the best shorts, what OneTake will do is assess in your video which segments are the most interesting, controversial, emotional-...
  • surprising, counterintuitive, and OneTake will take those and use them as the, basis to build shorts that you can publish on social media.
  • But what happens is sometimes you want to give specific instructions.
  • So I'll give an example from my account.
  • typically when I would do shorts, I will say something like, "I want my videos to inspire.
  • When you're editing, pick the segments that tell my personal story and how I overcame personal and professional obstacles." So for some people, maybe that's the prompt or rather the instructions, the guidelines that you would give OneTake.
  • Somebody else might want to do the exact opposite.
  • So they will say, "Actually, for my social media, I don't want any of those, like, my life story stuff.
  • I only want hard-hitting, show me the numbers, specific advice that people can implement.
  • So please only pick those segments." And if you give those instructions to OneTake, it will, conform to it.
  • Customizing Social Media Content

  • So you can basically say, "This is what I would like to have in my social media content, and this is what I want to avoid." So you could say, for example, "Avoid clipping for social media, anything that is, related to politics.
  • even if my guest mentions it, I, want it maybe in the long interview.
  • I do not want it in the social media clips." Or you could say the exact opposite and say, "Well, all of my social media clips, I want them to be polarizing.
  • So, do not pick anything that's, like, consensus information, and only pick the most controversial pieces because they will grab more attention." basically, you get to choose, and either you let, OneTake make the decision or you can say, "Here are the guidelines for what I want." So, you have this as well.
  • Interface Changes and Help Access

  • And, also we moved the Help button.
  • So, previously there was the Chat button that was at the bottom right, and it became quite confusing because people were chatting with us and customer support, to say, "Well, can you change the color of the titles?" and vice versa.
  • They were asking OneTake AI, "Hey, can you upgrade me, whatever?
  • I want to pay my invoice." So we made it so that the chat is here, very easy to find, to chat with OneTake, but the chat with us is the Help button at the top right instead of the bottom right.
  • So it's here now.
  • Okay.
  • So when you click it, you can still chat with us.
  • Hey, right?
  • So you have it here, top right.
  • yeah.
  • Recap of OneTake 7.9 Features

  • So this is what was new in OneTake 7.9 last time.
  • Now, what's new in OneTake 7.11, codename Onion, which you will have in your account in a couple of days.
  • Chat Interface Enhancements

  • the big shift that you will notice is we made a big change in the chat interface so that when you are interacting with OneTake, it's, easier.
  • So, as we are making OneTake smarter, we want to make it easier for you also to interact with OneTake.
  • And so you can now send longer messages over multiple lines.
  • Before it used to be, back in the days of, in the days of today in your account right now.
  • So you're, since you don't have the update yet.
  • But, right now, you have this one line where you can write and many of our users said, "Well, actually, Sebastien, oftentimes I want to copy/paste, like, a blog article that I've been working on or an email.
  • I have some ideas, I want to give a list and, like, this one-line input is- does not give me the space to say everything I want." So now we can send longer messages, and we made the interface a bit more streamlined as well in preper- preparation for some other features that are upcoming that I will mention in a minute.
  • So now if you go to OneTake you'll notice it has changed a bit.
  • And if I say, let's say, "I want you to help me brainstorm ideas for a video where I will be offering, a special Christmas discount." Let me zoom in a bit.
  • "Special Christmas discount." whatever.
  • What could it be?
  • "A free trial." "A surprise bonus." I have no idea what the surprise bonus is gonna be.
  • Hey, help me figure it out, OneTake.
  • You know my business.
  • Maybe you are gonna give me some good ideas.
  • Improved User Feedback and Interaction

  • So, so we made it so that when the, when OneTake is replying to you, there's this little indicator that it is thinking or writing, because sometimes when OneTake was editing longer videos, some people didn't know, like, is it
  • is something happening?
  • Like is it thinking, or, like, like, I am waiting but is something going on?
  • we also made it so that it auto-scrolls to the latest messages and shows you if you're not there, just because we also noticed that sometimes, people were asking OneTake to make a change and OneTake did, but because they didn't notice that a new message was added in the chat with the preview, sometimes, you would miss that.
  • Actually, OneTake has done the job.
  • It's, it's ready, but if you didn't scroll, you didn't know.
  • So now we made it more clear when there are new things to let's say, I like it.
  • Blah, blah, blah.
  • Okay, let's see.
  • Yeah, I love the ideas.
  • Give me...
  • yeah, let's try this.
  • I don't want this opening scene stuff.
  • I'll just say, give me a script.
  • Yeah.
  • Give me a script I can record now.
  • Okay.
  • And now what's interesting is...
  • on my script, okay?
  • here at the top of the screen you can see that I have placed here where it says import audio video record or use teleprompter.
  • So, I can go right away and click that.
  • I will use the teleprompter.
  • And record from my webcam.
  • Hey, this is me.
  • Oh, my screen is over there so I'm looking there.
  • and I'll hit record.
  • Hey, everyone!
  • Are you ready to invest in yourself this Christmas?
  • I'm Sebastien Night, founder of OneTake AI, and I believe that the greatest gift you can give yourself is the gift of growth.
  • That's why I'm excited to offer you something special this holiday season.
  • For a limited time, I am giving a special Christmas discount on all our courses designed to help you flourish.
  • Well, I- am sad to tell you that, this is just a demo that I'm making.
  • There is no discount.
  • Give me some money if you want, but there will be no discount, so.
  • Sorry.
  • Also, there are no courses, so, it is like double bad news, I guess.
  • But,
  • Special Course Announcement

  • while OneTake is editing, I just want to say that if you are a paid member of OneTake, we did actually, for real, create a course called How to 10X Your Business in a Few Nights and Weekends.
  • And you do have access to that.
  • So if you were not aware,
  • this is a Christmas gift for you if you want to, access it, where I share, based on my experience of coaching 300,000 entrepreneurs in the free entrepreneur movement from 2010 to 2022.
  • and I share, like, how to acquire customers, how to convert them, how to make offers, and many more.
  • So, this course actually does exist but I guess the Christmas discount is, it's free.
  • it's one of the bonuses that you get as a member of OneTake.
  • And if you didn't know, then now you know.
  • So, just, send us an email and in the next couple of days, Joseph will send you the link to it.
  • and Joseph just joined the team, so he's probably listening to me right now and be like, "Oh, really?
  • what I'm supposed to give people the link, but where's the link?" So, yeah, don't worry Joseph, I'll give you the link so you can give it to people.
  • so yeah.
  • Actually, thanks to OneTake you just got this bonus that you didn't know that you have access to.
  • Video Editing and Customization

  • So OneTake has edited my video.
  • Let's share screen again.
  • Yeah, so.
  • Your video is ready and has been uploaded successfully.
  • Yay, so we have the video.
  • And so now...
  • Hey, everyone!
  • Are you ready to invest in your...
  • Okay.
  • So now if you want to make changes, I would just, ask in chat to OneTake to make the changes, like, I would like the colors to be lighter maybe.
  • sky blue as the main color.
  • Actually, it's a Christmas video so I should have asked for Christmas colors.
  • Whatever, let's see.
  • Loading color palette.
  • Woo.
  • And now my video has been re-edited with the different style.
  • Let's see.
  • Hey, everyone!
  • Are you ready to invest in your...
  • Cool, I got my brighter blue.
  • User Experience Enhancements

  • So, we just made the chat much more, intuitive and easy to use and comfortable to use in this new version for you.
  • And a lot of, like, little changes to make it more enjoyable.
  • Also, in terms of, transparency, we added a subscription page.
  • It is in the settings and allows you to track your usage and how much allowance you have left for editing, translating, or transforming videos.
  • So, you would go to the settings of your account, either by clicking Settings here in the left hand menu.
  • Here.
  • Or by clicking on your initial here, and then clicking on Settings here.
  • Okay.
  • This will do the same thing, so let's do it.
  • I'll go to Settings, Subscription, and here I can see the details of my subscription.
  • I can see I have used two hours and 20 minutes this month.
  • I have no video duration limit because...I'm the boss, so I decide.
  • how much premium video editing I have, which we will talk about on the next live session, like new amazing features coming your way, how much translation I've used versus, is, available so, and your activity in terms of usage of the app.
  • So, we've made that available in the subscription tab.
  • Bug Fixes and Improvements

  • And also, after the last session, so a few bug fixes since, there were a few things that were reported in the last demos in English and in French the last time.
  • one was that, sometimes when you had long form videos, more than an hour, or when you were converting videos from past versions of OneTake to the new one, OneTake was failing that edit on the long videos.
  • They were shortened to one minute or less, when the feature of removing stutters and mistakes was turned on.
  • So, we fixed this bug.
  • The reason that this was happening is just because we were overloading the, memory, of OneTake of, with long videos, and, the easiest way to visualize it is imagine if I gave you a two-hour video to edit.
  • But I told you that, when you have, when you're gonna have to remove the, I don't know, like the filler words from the video, you will have to do it blindfolded.
  • So you have to memorize the two-hour video entirely by heart, so that blindfolded and without seeing, without hearing it you have to find the right places to remove stuff in it.
  • maybe you could do it for a five-second video, 10-second video.
  • For a two-hour video, your brain would explode, and that's what was happening for OneTake.
  • So, we, gathered all the little AI brain pieces I guess, and fixed it, glued them together, and now there is no longer this problem.
  • Now, if you're wondering, "What is this stutters and mistakes feature that you're talking about, Sebastien?" It is here.
  • If you go to your account settings, let's just switch to English, you will notice that there is a setting called Stutters, Mistakes and Filler Words.
  • By default, the setting is to let OneTake decide which ones to remove and edit.
  • We recommend putting this setting to its recommended state, of course, and, if you had it disabled manually in the past, in a couple of weeks, we are probably going to turn it back on for everyone and notify you through email just because this feature has been massively updated, and now you really get the best performance by having it turned on.
  • And what OneTake does there is remove the filler words, notice when you made mistakes, so if you repeated yourself and you were looking for the right tone so you said the sentence several times or you messed up the name of someone and then you, corrected yourself.
  • Then OneTake will just take the correct take and make it look like you had recorded this video correctly in one take because that is literally what the ƒoodie says, okay?
  • You can do this in one take.
  • So, so yes, so I highly recommend you enable this feature.
  • There was a bug, a short-lived bug where, when OneTake was editing a video, normally what happens is this, in your video, the scenes where the presenter and the text are shown side by side, every time it's a new scene, they should flip sides so that the video is more engaging.
  • And so for a short while, it was not happening.
  • We have fixed that now, so now it's correctly done again.
  • And another thing that was happening in the videos as well for a short time is, if you had long sentences, sometimes some of them were not visible in the transcription inside of the video even though they were in the transcription, in the script if you went to edit the script, in the share link they were there as well.
  • You could hear the video say them, but they were not shown on screen.
  • And now we have fixed this as well.
  • So if you've, encountered any of those rare bugs in the last few weeks, then just know that they have been fixed as well.
  • Upcoming Features and Developments

  • And I wanted to share a little bit of what we are working on.
  • So we've shipped translating videos with multiple speakers and auto importing content from YouTube.
  • very soon you should be able to see a, a preview version of the video analytics feature to tell you how many people have watched your, videos when you share the links.
  • we are working on a new teleprompter optimized for mobile, on enabling you to automate work on your videos, meaning, for example, every time you upload something to YouTube, asking OneTake to create some social media posts from it and then exporting them to TikTok.
  • we are working on adding more translation, well, translation languages and dialects saying like, "I want my videos to be translated to Canadian French, not just Parisian French," because, maybe you want your videos to say Ʊɑvɑnɑk and right now it's not saying that, and you want your videos to be polite and now it's Parisian so it's not polite.
  • New York English to Canadian English.
  • I guess just, like, we should just add an option like, like a politeness checkbox and it just becomes Canadian French, Canadian English, Canadian Spanish, and so on.
  • And, of course, like, many other things that I will mention, gaze correction, which is when you are using the teleprompter, making it look like you're looking into the camera, and removing the background which most software does as the green screen.
  • OneTake is able to remove it even if you don't have a green screen.
  • So, if you just have a messy office and you want to make it look like you were shooting in a professional, really well-lit studio that totally is not a mess, then, now this will be possible, in a couple of weeks with this amazing feature.
  • Conclusion and Future Outlook

  • So, as a recap of today, OneTake 7.11 is coming in a few days, in your accounts.
  • There will be several other, updates and advancements in the couple of weeks of the holidays.
  • So, when we start 2026 together, OneTake will be even better than it is now.
  • you just learned that you have access to a $1,000, course, on how to 10X your business which you might not even know about, and now you know.
  • Like, literally, it exists.
  • You should have access to it.
  • And so, if you don't know, just send us an email and we'll give you access.
  • Closing Remarks and Gratitude

  • And one last thing, as we are closing the year 2025, we are really blessed and grateful to have you with us, during this year of 2025 and upcoming year of 2026.
  • It is an honor to be able to help you grow your business with videos.
  • when we started OneTake, we started with the vision of, not only helping you save a ton of time and make a lot more money, but also just giving you super powers and using AI to give you the super powers.
  • and that's what OneTake is there for.
  • So, as you notice, every time we do the upgrades, it's to make things simpler for you, to make it more powerful for you, and also to, take a little bit of the, opposing angle from most startups in the AI field where they are building AI to replace the users, basically.
  • And, you will notice in 2026, you will see that,
  • Actually, I recorded a video about it for YouTube that I will send, I think, in a few days.
  • you will really notice in 2026 that as more content is pushed to the platforms, that is 100% AI generated, meaning no human ever intervened in creating it because it was written by AI, generated by AI.
  • Like, there's no human in there.
  • it has a little bit of a novelty effect, where people will be like, "Oh, wow, that's Mark Zuckerberg surfing, as an avatar on a 3D beach, I guess." And you're like, "Well, okay." People will watch it for 17 seconds.
  • but really, over time, this content that's gonna flood the internet is so much less interesting than watching humans, talk from their expertise and their history and the work that they've done with their clients.
  • So, over the course of the next year, you really have, your, your chance there to be more human in your stories, telling your personal story, the story of your customers that you've helped, the, travails and difficulties that you helped them overcome.
  • And our goal is to make it so that you can just hit record, let the story flow and the content flow and just say what you have to say, have OneTake make it look really professional for you so that you can grow your business because people will relate to you.
  • Video is the best medium to create trust and, help people make, changes in their life, if they are your coach and expert or consultant.
  • And, we're there to help you create this transformation in the world.
  • So, thanks for being with us, during this amazing year of 2025.
  • And I will be very, happy and glad to show you all the new stuff that we have coming for you in 2026.
  • have a fantastic day, evening, morning, night, afternoon, depending on your timezone, and I will see you very soon in 2026.
  • This Zoom room will self-destruct in five, four, three, two, one.
  • Bye-bye.
