Revolutionize Your Content Creation with OneTake 8.2 – Voice Your Commands!

  • Welcome to this session of the "Real Time" with OneTake AI.
  • Today, I'm going to show you everything that is new and amazing in OneTake AI 8.2.
  • And as a very quick reminder, I'm just going to say a few things about all the awesome stuff we did for you last time in OneTake AI 8.0.
  • Publish directly from OneTake AI

  • So in the last session, if you missed it, some of the great things that I shared is the big shift in OneTake AI 8 is you no longer have to download your video and then upload it to your social media or YouTube account.
  • You can do all of that directly from OneTake AI.
  • So you can connect OneTake AI to your Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts and publish directly from OneTake AI depending on which tier you are using.
  • So the way you do this is when you are inside of a project on OneTake AI, you can just click the Share and Publish button at the top right or the Share and Publish button right below the video.
  • And on that page, what you'll notice is you have the usual options.
  • Video and transcript is the share link that OneTake AI generates where we host the video for you, so you can easily share it with other people.
  • You have a link directly to the video.
  • You can embed the player into your own website.
  • You can download the video or the podcast version or both.
  • Share and Publish options

  • But what is new since OneTake AI 8 is you have this section inside of the Share and Publish tab.
  • You have a section called Publish where you can say, "Well, actually, this video, I want it to go directly to my YouTube channel," for instance.
  • And then you're able to say whether you want this to be a standard YouTube video.
  • Is it going to be a public video, unlisted, or private?
  • Unlisted means anybody you give the link to will be able to see it on YouTube, but it will not be visible on your channel.
  • And private means you are the only person that can see the video.
  • So typically, your videos will be public.
  • You can change the title and description right before you post it, and then you have the option to either render and publish now, which means your video is going to go directly to the YouTube account and be published, or to schedule the post from tomorrow to any time in the future.
  • So I would be able, for instance, to say, we are recording this on the third of July, but maybe this video is one that I've recorded in advance, and I want to publish it on the sixth of August.
  • So I'm able to do this and then schedule the post to go out on the sixth of August to my YouTube channel.
  • Publish once, everywhere

  • So this is huge because it's going to save you so much time.
  • You're able to create your content once in OneTake AI and just tell OneTake AI, "I want to publish this to all of my socials, so my YouTube account, my Facebook account, and so on," in just one single click.
  • So I want to show you where you can set this up.
  • So I showed you that when you are on a project, you can do this, so I did it here.
  • I have already linked my YouTube account and my Facebook account here.
  • But for instance, I don't have a LinkedIn account set up.
  • So if I asked to publish to LinkedIn, OneTake AI will open a pop-up for me where I need to click Connect here.
  • I'm not going to connect it here, but I need to click Connect here.
  • And then LinkedIn is going to ask you, "Are you authorizing OneTake AI to publish to your LinkedIn account on your behalf?" You can also find this...
  • Connect your platforms

  • So, let me show you.
  • You can also find all of this in the Settings page, which is here.
  • If you go to Settings in the menu here, Settings.
  • I click Settings.
  • You have a new tab, which is called Social Media.
  • Click on it, and here you can see which platforms you've already connected to OneTake AI, and it's the same thing.
  • I've already connected my YouTube channel and Facebook page.
  • I could add a LinkedIn page.
  • I can add a TikTok feed, and I can add an Instagram account by clicking Connect Account.
  • It's going to open the permission box, and then I can hit Connect.
  • Cross-platform workflow

  • So typically, it opens in a small new tab here.
  • It's a huge window, but it's just because I'm sharing my screen.
  • Um, and then you say...
  • You tell Instagram, "Yes, I want to allow OneTake AI to publish on my behalf." And it's going to show you this.
  • I'll show you here.
  • It says, "Connect Instagram.
  • Do you want to do it through Facebook, or do you want to publish directly to Instagram?" And I can say, "Well, I want to do it through Instagram directly." And then I'll need to connect to Instagram, and I'll be able to allow Instagram to get the posts from OneTake AI.
  • So this is going to be very effective because for many of you, when you have a video ready, your workflow is currently that you are posting it to multiple places.
  • So you might have a podcast, and you want to publish it to your YouTube and also LinkedIn, or you have some short videos that you want to have on YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories, and TikTok.
  • And so instead of having to log into four platforms every time, you can just connect them with OneTake AI one time and forever have OneTake AI take care of publishing your content there for you.
  • OneTake AI 8 is live

  • So this is the biggest change in OneTake AI 8 that has been available in your account.
  • Another thing that is new is that now OneTake AI notifies you either in-app or by email or both when any job finishes.
  • Because we noticed that some people had long-form videos like webinars, masterclasses, and podcast interviews.
  • And when you have a long video or project that you want to publish, then it's useful to be able to just say, "Okay, I'll let OneTake AI do the translations and all of that, and just I'll keep working on it when OneTake AI has finished." So where you find this is, again, in the settings of your account.
  • So if I go here, I go to Settings, which is in the left menu.
  • There is a new tab called Notifications, so I click that.
  • Notification settings

  • And in this tab, I have the ability to decide whether I want OneTake AI to notify me when it finishes editing a video.
  • So for instance, for me, I don't need it to notify me in the app, but I'm...
  • I like to get an email when it's done.
  • For translations, I said to notify me in both ways.
  • When OneTake AI has extracted the shorts, reels, and viral clips from my videos, I want that in-app, exports both ways, and when the video is published to my platforms like YouTube both ways.
  • So you're able to set this up here and let OneTake AI know.
  • So for instance, if you schedule your content in advance to go to your YouTube channel, then maybe you want OneTake AI to send you an email and say, "Hey, you remember you had scheduled a video to go out on August 15?
  • I just published it on your behalf, so here's the information for that video." So you can just save the settings, and that's done.
  • Transcription and clips

  • So once again, the idea is just to make your life easier and let you know when things are ready for you to work on.
  • And then a few small improvements in OneTake AI 8.
  • The first one is that OneTake AI follows your custom vocabulary more closely so that the transcription is more accurate.
  • The second is we had feedback that when OneTake AI was extracting...
  • extracting viral clips for your videos, it was adding the title of the video in the center for a couple of seconds at the beginning.
  • And the majority of people didn't like that because, well, in a vertical video, like on social media, typically in the center of the video means over your face for a few seconds.
  • And so, due to the feedback that we received and the requests that we received, we changed it so that OneTake AI does not add that title in the middle of it at the start of the videos.
  • White label fix

  • And then there were a couple of bug fixes.
  • The main one was that we fixed white label domains.
  • People were not able to add new domains.
  • If you don't know what that is, depending on your subscription, if you have access to white label, it means that inside of the settings of your account, if you go once again to Settings, you have a tab called Branding, and here you are able to set OneTake AI up to use a custom domain of yours.
  • Custom share links

  • Why is that useful?
  • It's because every time you edit a project with OneTake AI, I'll show an example.
  • So see, this is a notification here.
  • One of my projects that I was exporting has finished exporting at the bottom left here.
  • What I wanted to show, so let's go to that project.
  • It's going to be a good example.
  • Every time OneTake AI edits a video for me, it creates a mini website with that video that I can immediately use as a share link.
  • I can copy the link here in order to be able to share the link.
  • So if I open that link in a new window,
  • you see that it's a page that hosts the video description, key points, and the transcription of that video.
  • Branding and hosting

  • But the link to that video, so this share link that I can use instantly because OneTake AI hosts your videos for free for you.
  • The share link is watch.onetake.ai/ the rest of the link.
  • And it says Made with OneTake AI, right?
  • So if you wanted this to have no mention of OneTake AI and instead to be the link to your website and then the video, so it would be something like, in my case, videos.sebastiannight.com/ whatever, then that is what white label is for.
  • You just go to the settings, you go to the Branding tab, and then here you would create a new subdomain to your website.
  • It doesn't cost you anything additional.
  • You don't have to pay for more hosting or whatever.
  • It's just OneTake AI will talk to your website and say, "Whenever somebody is visiting videos.sebastiannight.com/ anything, send them to us," and then they will see the video.
  • So the hosting is still included in your subscription, but it makes all of the links that you share more customized.
  • So that's a feature that you have if white label is included in your subscription.
  • OneTake AI 8.2 Zarbon

  • Today, I'm here to show you what is new in OneTake AI 8.2, code name Zarbon, and everything I'm going to showcase today is already available inside of your account because we made this update on July first.
  • So I'm just showing you things that you have access to.
  • So you're able to go to app.onetake.ai and access what I'm going to show you directly.
  • The first change is the ability to speak to OneTake AI.
  • Speak to OneTake AI

  • So instead of sending instructions and requests in written form, you can speak to OneTake AI instead of typing.
  • So it's the start of a voice mode basically for OneTake AI.
  • The goal behind that is to create the same experience that I've been very lucky to have over time working with very talented videographers.
  • Like for instance, when we made our documentary movie a couple of years back, when the videographers came to me with the first draft of the edit, luckily, I didn't have to go into...
  • From Premiere to OneTake AI

  • At the time, OneTake AI didn't exist, so they used Adobe Premiere or something.
  • I didn't have to go to their computer and open Adobe Premiere to make the changes, right?
  • If you're working with a professional, then what you would do is just send them a WhatsApp message and say, "The first draft is amazing, but the music volume is too low.
  • Just make the volume of the music louder.
  • The rest is good.
  • Just keep it." And then they would deal with going there and adjusting the tracks and doing all of that.
  • So basically, we are progressively creating that same experience inside of OneTake AI so that you can do the same inside of OneTake AI and chat with OneTake AI directly in your project.
  • Voice Input Demo

  • If I want to chat, I could write here.
  • But instead, I can click this button that says Start Voice Input.
  • And if I click Start Voice Input, I can say, "Based on this, I want to write a blog post.
  • Can you give me a few ideas of angles for the blog?"
  • And then I'm able to just send my message.
  • Voice brainstorming

  • OneTake AI will
  • give me its answers, and I can do this.
  • I can also do it when I am in the homepage here.
  • So I can do it as I just did when I'm editing a project, but I also can do it just to start a conversation or brainstorming session.
  • I also have Start Voice Input here, so I can do it directly from the homepage of OneTake AI here by clicking here.
  • Say, "I'm thinking of sending an email campaign to our best customers to offer a surprise bonus training.
  • Talk and let AI write

  • Give me a few ideas of trainings we could do to grow their business."
  • And then OneTake AI is going to think based on what it knows of my business, my customers, my audience, and the request that I just sent.
  • The goal again is that we want you to have this experience where we noticed that for many of our users, it's
  • easier for you to just brainstorm out loud when you're working on an idea for a video or things like that, and you want OneTake AI to create a polished script for you, for instance.
  • It's easier to just open the mic and talk through it so that OneTake AI will figure it out and structure things based on your brainstorm.
  • For some people, it's just much faster to talk than it is for them to write.
  • So that's a very useful strategy.
  • Interactive voice replies

  • Dale says in the chat, "Do we only click the button with our mouse, and when it stops, when it does not hear any more of my voice?" Yes, that is correct.
  • So when you click the voice mode, when it notices that you're finished talking, it stops recording and transcribing, and you can send the message.
  • This is to save the case of not being silent for thirty seconds waiting for something to happen.
  • It's like it detects that you're done, and then it can do the work.
  • In the example that I gave earlier when I said, well, we want to create the same experience that you would have if you were working with a great videographer or a new employee that edits your videos for you, we create the same experience.
  • Well, if you were doing that, then not only could you speak to your videographer, but the videographer could reply back as well.
  • So we are progressively building this experience and making it more and more interactive, but we also make it so that OneTake AI can read its messages back to you instead of only showing them as text.
  • So if we take the example I did earlier, and I asked for angles for my blog post, there is a little play button at the bottom of every message sent by OneTake AI to you where you can listen to it as well.
  • Try it now

  • My account is usually set to French, so it tends to speak to me in French.
  • But for you, it will speak to you in English as well.
  • So yeah, we're creating this interactive experience so that the direction we're going in is similar to having OneTake AI act like your intern or employee that's doing some amazing things, and for you to be working as if you're just looking over OneTake AI's shoulder, and you'll be able to go back and forth.
  • If you have edits to make in a video, you can just say, "I want to change this or maybe that, and I have a question about X," and it just replies to you.
  • The experience is just going to be much more enjoyable by doing this.
  • So give it a try.
  • It's already available inside your account, and you can test it right away after today's session.
  • Sharing my screen

  • I was mentioning earlier about publishing content to YouTube.
  • Publish to multiple platforms

  • One of the things that we noticed is that when we first shipped that feature, it was very basic.
  • It would publish the video, so the video would be immediately published.
  • But we noticed that some people might want to have the video be unlisted, which is the equivalent on YouTube of a video being a draft, where you can still make last edits in YouTube, such as the thumbnail or comments or things like that before you publish it, or private, which means only you can access this video.
  • So the way you can do this is if I go back to my project here, I have my video.
  • It's ready.
  • I want to share and publish it, so I click that.
  • In Publish here, I can say, "I would like to send this video to, let's say, YouTube and Facebook." So it's going to do both at the same time.
  • And for YouTube, I want it to be unlisted, and I want to change the title to "amp video ad."
  • So I can do this, and if I say, "I want to publish this now," then it's going to go out right away to YouTube and to my Facebook page with this information.
  • Save time scheduling

  • One thing that I didn't mention is I post it to both platforms, but I edited only the title for YouTube because I wanted the YouTube one to be a draft.
  • But the title for Facebook can be different.
  • What's really cool is you're able to publish to multiple platforms and have maybe a different title, a different description, or a different call to action in the YouTube version versus the Facebook version, but still, I'm able to push to both platforms instantly or schedule the content to go out on both platforms at a future date, but at the same time.
  • So that's going to save you a lot of time.
  • When I did the demo for our French customers, some of them asked if this would enable them to save some money on doing...
  • tools that allow you to schedule your content for LinkedIn.
  • there are other tools that allow you to do it for YouTube and Facebook, like Hootsuite and some others.
  • Having this saves you that effort because if you were using one of those schedulers, you would still need to edit the video.
  • So you would upload the draft into OneTake, export the MP4, download it to your computer, upload to the third-party tool, tell the third-party tool that you want the video to be on YouTube on Monday and Facebook on Wednesday.
  • Schedule workflow demo

  • That's a lot of steps.
  • Now you can upload your video into OneTake, OneTake edits it, and tell OneTake, you send it directly to YouTube on Monday and Facebook on Thursday." And so Adele asked me in the chat: "Is it possible to schedule different days and times for each platform when scheduling?" The answer is yes.
  • I will show, so I need to find another project because I published this one already.
  • So I have this project.
  • Scheduling options explained

  • I click Share and publish.
  • I want to send it to YouTube on Monday, so I would select YouTube, pick a title, all of that, and schedule it for Monday.
  • Scheduled.
  • And then I want it to go out to Facebook as well, so I'm gonna click on the Facebook, and maybe I change the title a little bit, and I schedule this one to go out on Facebook on Wednesday.
  • Schedule.
  • So now I have two posts on two different dates, but OneTake will take care of posting it for me.
  • Why is this useful?
  • This is useful because, there are two approaches to publishing on multiple platforms.
  • my approach, because I like the simplicity of it, is to say, "I'm publishing the same content across all the platforms on the same day at the same time," simplest for me.
  • Staggered publishing strategy

  • Some people, though, if you tend to have your audience being subscribed to you on multiple platforms, then sometimes it's, a smart idea to say, "Well, if somebody is on my YouTube channel and my Instagram and Facebook, then I would like them on a given day..." Because they're not gonna look at everything you publish every single day, but if they are online on Monday, then I want them to see a different piece of content on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook that day.
  • So what these people will do is they will schedule their content to be basically staggered.
  • The one I just did, I would say this video goes on YouTube on Monday, on Instagram on Wednesday, on Facebook on Friday.
  • The next video goes to YouTube on Wednesday, Instagram Friday, Facebook Monday, and the third video goes to YouTube Friday, Instagram Monday, Facebook Wednesday.
  • That was a lot of mental math, but you get my vibe here.
  • So that on any given day, if somebody visits your different socials, it feels like they are different content, and I know that some of our people do this.
  • so you have both approaches, and you're able to do both.
  • My personal choice is I like things to be, super simple, so, I like to just set them all to go out on the same day.
  • Language and metadata

  • if you have videos that have been translated and all of that, then OneTake sends the right language information to YouTube so that YouTube is aware which, language the video is in as well.
  • Importing from YouTube

  • Small improvements.
  • One thing that we noticed is that some people import content from YouTube into your account, and I'm gonna show you in a second how you do that if you didn't know that you can do this.
  • And when you do this, then OneTake also imports the thumbnail of that YouTube video into the, project.
  • So let's take an example.
  • World Cup example

  • This is the video that I just published to YouTube as unlisted.
  • Do you have the World Cup video, Pritish, that you sent me earlier?
  • Import via link

  • I just want to take an example.
  • Yeah, the offside rule.
  • Let's do this one.
  • So if I take a video from a...
  • I can import a video from any channel.
  • This is a video during the World Cup about the offside rule.
  • If I take the link from this video, I do share, copy the link, and then I want to import it inside my OneTake account.
  • Import any video

  • I can do from link or YouTube, it's the same.
  • Do YouTube.
  • Paste the link.
  • It does not need to be a video from my own account, so that's really important to understand.
  • I can upload content that comes from any public YouTube video or any unlisted YouTube video.
  • So I take this video and I do import, and then what happens is this video is going to be, imported into my account.
  • Polish interviews fast

  • And why would I want to do this?
  • I'll give you a very simple use case.
  • I sometimes get interviewed on other people's YouTube channels.
  • like we do a Zoom call, for an interview for their video podcast, and they post it to their YouTube.
  • And what I do is I take the link of that once it's published, I import it to my OneTake account, and then OneTake edits it so the sound is better because people sometimes just post the raw Zoom footage.
  • So my version from my OneTake edit is just better because OneTake cleaned up the sound, removes all of the ums and ahs and filler words, and then gave me a fully edited version with the main points shown on screen and the transitions and all of that.
  • So I take then my edited video and I tell OneTake to publish that to my YouTube account.
  • Import live streams

  • You're also able to import from your own YouTube account.
  • For example, if you have an English YouTube account, you can import the videos to OneTake to ask OneTake to translate that video to Spanish or French, and then publish it to your Spanish or French, subscribers.
  • Another cool new thing that came out in this new version of OneTake is, since I just said that you can import from any YouTube public or unlisted video, you're now also able to import,
  • live stream recordings.
  • It was not the case before.
  • You could only upload pre-recorded content.
  • Translation fidelity restored

  • But if you have done a live session, live webcast, live webinar, then you're now able to import it into OneTake, so that OneTake gives you something that is much cleaner because people will attend live and go through hesitations and technical issues and, long silences as you think of the next thing to say.
  • But if you're gonna send out the replay, then the replay needs to be much more polished than the live version.
  • And so that's why OneTake will edit this, replay for you as you need.
  • And we also, fixed a couple of bugs in OneTake eight point two.
  • a tiny bug that we noticed is that when OneTake was translating videos, it was basically editing the translation a little bit different from how the original was edited.
  • So the scene layouts and the thumbnail from the original were being changed.
  • So we have fixed it so that now the translation, not only the content, because the content has always been very faithful to what you are communicating.
  • Like, we have very accurate transcriptions and very accurate, lip sync.
  • But also the edit, meaning the cuts and transitions and scene layouts are, very accurate in the transcription as well.
  • Undo logo upload

  • And uploading a custom logo, was not undoable, before, and we have, fixed that as well.
  • So I'm gonna show an example.
  • Let's see a project where I can show you.
  • Sharing screen.
  • So maybe you didn't know that it's possible to have a custom logo.
  • So this is a, video, and I can go and
  • choose a logo and pick a custom logo.
  • Uploading a logo

  • Let's take one from my hard drive.
  • I had one not too long ago for a French business school.
  • I edited a video for them.
  • Found it.
  • So I'm uploading this logo, and now it's going to be added to the video.
  • Project history & undo

  • And you can do that in all OneTake accounts.
  • so now if I watch the video, we can see the logo is present in the corner here, EDHEC Business School.
  • So the little bug that we had for a short while is you were not able to cancel that.
  • Like, if you have uploaded a logo and then, "Oh my God, it's the wrong image," it was not possible to undo it.
  • So now you can undo it.
  • it shows up in the history of the project and, you're able to restore the, previous, version of the project as well.
  • So this is new in OneTake eight point two.
  • Upcoming features

  • So we've done a lot of, improvement over the last few iterations of OneTake to help you reach a larger audience, reach them more effectively, and, just save a lot of time when editing and publishing your video content.
  • We have quite a few really amazing things that are coming soon in the, upcoming updates of OneTake, what we've been working on.
  • So I mentioned for a while that we wanted you to be able to dictate or speak to OneTake instead of typing, so now you have this option.
  • I wanted you to be able to send your content directly to your platforms to save a ton of time and effort and also cost because now you don't need to have a separate scheduling platform.
  • So now you have this included in your OneTake account as well.
  • we are working on making video exports much faster, and this will also enable some really cool things to come very soon.
  • So I will be very excited to do the demonstration, soon.
  • For those of you that have many video projects already, we're going to make it possible for you to organize the projects into folders.
  • Patent and new skills

  • summarizing the text instead of showing most or all of what is shown, and generally just making OneTake smarter and faster, giving it more skills, is our main goal.
  • We are going to give you video analytics, the ability to export videos in multiple aspect ratios at the same time, meaning being able to say, "This video, I like it, and I want three versions of it, horizontal, square, and vertical," so that each platform gets the format that it needs.
  • And OneTake predicts your next actions and does them for you is a huge innovation that we have, coming down the line for you.
  • we just received a few days ago, our patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office, so this is a big celebration, of a big milestone for this, AI breakthrough that we made on that front, and you're going to be able to benefit from it, very soon as well.
  • So good news, everything that I showed today is available inside of your account already.
  • it has been since July 1st, so you're able to test it, the, voice messages, the publishing to YouTube, et cetera.
  • so give it a try, give us your feedback.
  • High Value Boot Camp

  • if you have any, needs or special requests or things like that to keep improving how OneTake helps you grow your business and your audience, then we would really love to hear about it, so please let us know.
  • And in the coming days, we have a new boot camp coming.
  • We had lots of really positive feedback for the boot camp that we did in May, and the online workshop that we did in June.
  • Both were free.
  • we gave away several training videos and, several AI tools to help you
  • grow your business.
