Unlock the Magic of OneTake 7.19: B-Roll and Beyond!

  • Hi, everyone, and welcome.
  • Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, depending on your time zone.
  • Welcome to this session of Real Time with OneTake AI.
  • Today, I will be showing you what's new in OneTake AI 7.19.
  • This new version of OneTake AI is already available to you.
  • We upgraded everybody's accounts before we did the live session today.
  • So everything that I'm going to show, you already have access to.
  • Enable B-Roll

  • I'm going to show you some of the cool new things that you have access to in OneTake AI in this new version.
  • As a quick reminder of what we did for you last time, with OneTake AI 7.17, codename Hasky's Followers, we had a pretty big update because we released B-Roll, which is a feature where OneTake AI makes your videos more visually appealing by adding additional cinematic content to the videos.
  • And this is really cool.
  • So if you have not yet turned it on in your account, I'm going to show you how to do this, because if you have a really recent account, like you created your account in the last few days, then this will be enabled by default.
  • But if you've been using OneTake AI for a while, then you need to turn it on.
  • So you would go to your settings.
  • It's in the left-hand menu here.
  • Settings.
  • Click on it, and then if you scroll down, you'll see advanced settings for the magic button, and one of those is B-Roll generation.
  • So by default, it's going to be turned off.
  • Demo setup

  • It says, "To customize the type and content you can mention in the custom instructions." I'm going to talk about it in a second, but what you need to do is to turn this on and save the changes so that once you upload new videos, they will have B-Roll picked and added by OneTake AI automatically.
  • So let's try and do a little demo of this feature.
  • I'm going to just create a new project.
  • I'll do the webcam.
  • Screen share demo

  • So I'll do the webcam.
  • So let's just do any random video.
  • Have you been stressed out when planning the launch of your new coaching program?
  • Free training from Sébastien Night

  • Has it been a huge concern for you that you might spend hours and hours, maybe days and weeks creating the video content for your next coaching program, but then launch it and have nobody sign up?
  • I have the answer to this problem, and in our upcoming training, we're going to show you how to get 100 perfect customers for your next or first online course.
  • This training will be delivered to you online, so you can attend from your computer, and it will be extremely helpful if you want to launch a coaching program, online course, or online master class.
  • Okay, so this was totally improvised, the training that I mentioned.
  • Actually, your first 100 perfect prospects is a training that we have created, so yes.
  • It exists.
  • Maybe if you ask customer support, they will find it for you.
  • How OneTake AI edits

  • Like, I created it, and I'll,
  • If my team is able to locate the recording, we did that for OneTake AI customers a while ago.
  • You could email support, and if they can locate it, just tell them Sébastien Night says you get it for free as a gift, just for being a OneTake AI member.
  • at no charge.
  • So, this was just my demo of recording a video.
  • And so when you upload or record a video in OneTake AI, once the file is encoded, you're going to get a list of the steps that OneTake AI is going to do while it's editing the video.
  • And as it's editing the video, we can choose to add or remove some of the steps.
  • We can choose to customize them, but we can also choose to enable or disable B-Roll for the new video.
  • So I'm going to show you.
  • Uploading and processing

  • It's creating the project right now.
  • Let's wait for a second.
  • And so this B-Roll feature, you can turn it on or turn it off on a per-project basis.
  • So now I'm uploading my file, so Zoom is consuming a lot of my bandwidth.
  • So maybe that's my issue right now.
  • Let's see.
  • While it's doing that, let me click sharing and explaining, so I'll share my screen.
  • And talk about the other things that were new in 7.17 while OneTake AI is ready.
  • And so what was new?
  • The B-Roll feature that I'm demonstrating is loading right now.
  • What's new in 7.17

  • New improvements: we made it easier to use the advanced editor, so I'm going to show that to you as well.
  • Images, B-Rolls, split scenes, merged them, things like this.
  • OneTake AI now supports uploading full HD images that you can insert into your videos, and we fixed a bunch of bugs.
  • Exports were down, so this is fixed, and saving when you made edits to very long videos was problematic for a few users, and we fixed that as well.
  • Let's see what's going on with my OneTake AI project here.
  • Okay, okay, so I didn't get to see the list of steps, but I got my edited video, so let's just have a look at it.
  • Have you been stressed out when planning the launch of your new coaching program?
  • So, what you can see is I'm getting my preview here, but it says, "Your video is ready to preview.
  • B-Roll processing

  • Just so you know, I'm still processing a background B-Roll generation to enrich your video further." So, B-Roll was in progress, and this will happen sometimes.
  • It will say, "Hey, look, this is the first edit.
  • I'm still finishing a few things," and then it will update and show you the new version.
  • So here, that's what I had a moment ago, and while I was talking, it just finished adding the B-Rolls.
  • Now the B-Roll is here, so we'll be able to see it.
  • Have you been stressed out when planning the launch of your new coaching program?
  • Has it been a huge concern for you that you might spend hours and hours, maybe days and weeks creating the video content for your next coaching program, but then launch it and have nobody sign up?
  • I have the answer to this problem, and in our upcoming training, we're going to show you how to get 100 perfect customers for your next or first online course.
  • This training will be delivered to you online, so you can attend from your computer, and it will be extremely helpful if you want to launch a coaching program, online course, or online master class.
  • Okay, so OneTake AI picked and added by itself all of those B-Roll elements.
  • Viewing B-Roll examples

  • I didn't have to do anything.
  • And we can see if we look at the...
  • So I went to edit the script here.
  • So the default is customized video, but on the top I can say edit script and see what's happening here.
  • And you can see that it added several B-Roll elements here, and I can edit them, change them, and update them.
  • So I can see the first one is this lady setting up her camera.
  • The second one, she's talking to her laptop.
  • The third one was the one where she's taking notes.
  • This one has her listening to the course online.
  • Okay.
  • Replace or remove clips

  • So, OneTake AI decided to do all of this.
  • You get to edit this.
  • So, if all of this is perfect, and it is perfect, if I wanted to remove a segment, let's say I want to remove this one, I can just hit remove B-Roll, and now it will go back to showing my face at this point of the video.
  • If I want to switch it out, let's say this one, I can hit replace and then pick any other video I want.
  • So this is the part where I'm saying, "The course will be taught online," so I can show a Zoom computer.
  • Let's see.
  • Yeah, I can show this one, for example.
  • She's talking to other people on Zoom, right?
  • This is a gallery, maybe this is more relevant.
  • So I can just select this one and add the clip.
  • Adding B-Roll options

  • I can also add B-Roll in places that didn't have them.
  • So for instance, there's "Have you been stressed out when planning the launch of your new coaching program?" So let's say maybe I want to show some B-Roll there.
  • I would just click B-Roll for that sentence, and I have three options.
  • I can upload a clip I already have.
  • So for instance, this is useful if you say, "Well, in the interview I did with Luca Sacchi, we talked about X, Y, Z," then maybe we have a short clip of the two of us talking, and then I would insert this there so that people can see the clip.
  • If I don't know what I want to see, I can just describe the emotion I want to represent, and then OneTake AI will look for the best footage for me.
  • Or I can hit the library button and then search there.
  • So, this is for "Have you been stressed out when planning the launch?" So maybe we're just going to look for stress and see what I get.
  • This poor lady seems to be a bit overwhelmed, but that's not the context of what we want.
  • It's not a workplace.
  • Adjust clip timing

  • this guy
  • Is perfect; he's having the worst day ever, so let's take this guy.
  • Just click here, and I can save.
  • And so now, it's going to add, remove, and edit the clips as I requested, and it's really easy this way to make those changes.
  • It's also possible for you to...
  • Change the duration of the clips, where they start and where they end.
  • I forgot to show it when I was editing, so I'm going to wait a second so I am able to do it.
  • But when I was editing any item of the B-Roll here, I can move the start and end if I wanted to, on top of replacing it or removing it.
  • And so, this is the new version.
  • Have you been stressed out when planning the launch of your new coaching program?
  • More new features

  • Has it been a huge concern for you that you might spend hours and hours, maybe days? Right.
  • So it's updated everything as I wanted.
  • Another thing I want to show you.
  • So let's start with what's new.
  • So this is new.
  • B-Roll now available

  • B-Roll, you have access to it, and we just added it to everyone's account so you're able to use it.
  • Now just turn it on if it's not turned on yet in your account settings, and OneTake AI will select it.
  • One thing that I wanted to mention is that in the settings here, you've always had this field called Custom Instructions.
  • And one of the things you can use Custom Instructions for is to say, "I want visuals to always represent..."
  • You could say, I don't know, happy couples.
  • Right.
  • And then all the B-Roll will be around this.
  • Control your visuals

  • Or you could say, to always represent business settings.
  • So if you're talking about a conflict situation, it's not going to show two kids bickering.
  • It might show instead a guy and his boss fighting.
  • Okay.
  • if you say this as well...
  • So, if you say, for example, to always represent, to always show family settings, or to show family environments or whatever.
  • If you say something like that, then what's going to happen is...
  • Maybe in the video somewhere you said, "This is a video course." Or you're going to say, "I went to the market." It's not going to try to add B-Roll to those parts of the video because they don't make sense with your request.
  • But they will try to add it when you're talking about playing with your daughter or something like that.
  • How B-Roll is chosen

  • So OneTake AI follows your custom instructions in order to pick the B-Roll.
  • Now, in this new version that you have in your accounts starting today, OneTake AI 7.19, we've made two big changes.
  • One is for the experience of sharing and publishing the videos.
  • We found that it was a bit confusing; you had the share button and the publish button, and they were separate.
  • Now everything is in one place.
  • So if you're editing your project like this, at the top now there's just one button called Share and Publish.
  • And when you click Share and Publish, all of the options are right there.
  • The first option is to share the video plus the transcript, so that's the link you would be giving to your clients if it's like a master class or video course, something like that.
  • You could just give them this link.
  • And on this link they'll get the video, the transcript, the searchable transcription, the key points; all of that is on this single link.
  • Share and publish links

  • So this is the easiest way to share your video: this first link.
  • The second option is to get the video only.
  • So if you had this, the difference is that instead of having the video, like this mini-website that OneTake AI generates for you, instead you could just say I want only the video itself.
  • And I'll show the link and then there's just the video there.
  • Or the third option is to embed the player.
  • We host your videos

  • This is extremely useful because one of the things we wanted to do when we started OneTake AI is to avoid the extra work of you having to download, like, the...
  • Ask for the download, wait a minute, download the video, then go to whatever, Vimeo or something else, and then upload it there, and then ask Vimeo for the code to put the Vimeo player on your blog, website, or your online course.
  • First of all, that's too much work.
  • And second, Vimeo would ask you for hundreds of dollars a year.
  • Some of our customers pay about a thousand dollars; some people pay $4,000 a year for just hosting the videos.
  • But some of them, after discussion, I realized they just didn't know that inside of your OneTake AI account, one of the things that is part of the deal with OneTake AI is that OneTake AI hosts the videos for you already.
  • So you don't need to pay extra money on Vimeo, Wistia, or anything else to host the videos.
  • Avoid embedded ads

  • And if you use videos on your own website, blog, or private membership site, then it saves you time; it saves you money.
  • If you were used to using the YouTube player on your own membership site and things like this, the problem with that is that YouTube ads are injected into your content.
  • So that's a problem.
  • So when people buy your course, they don't want to hit play and then have the ad for a competitor start at the beginning of the video.
  • That has happened to many people, so to save you from that, we just make it so that OneTake AI hosts the video for you.
  • Easy publishing

  • You can just copy the code here and paste it to WordPress, Kartra, Kajabi, Teachable, Wix, Go High Level, or any platform that you use.
  • Now, these three options are the ones that are the easiest and fastest.
  • However, sometimes you want to publish the video on social media; like you want to have the video on your YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook forever.
  • So, we put those options on the same screen.
  • You can just say, "I want to download the video." And then, OneTake AI will generate it.
  • And you don't have to stay on the page and wait for the download link to be available, because we also email it to you and give you a notification when it's ready so that you can keep working.
  • So for instance, earlier today, I did a French presentation of OneTake AI 7.19, and we translated that video to English.
  • Multilingual downloads

  • So now, I have two versions, and we asked for the downloads.
  • So we asked for a video download for the French version and an audio download of the English version.
  • And you can see that they are already available.
  • So it's really easy.
  • Live troubleshooting

  • What I was saying is, if you have multiple audios and videos for the same project, then you can download them.
  • Published links update live

  • So yeah, share and publish, that's where you get them.
  • And then, yeah, you can say, well, I want to redo the edit.
  • So what happens is, if you had created the video, for instance, but then you make a change in the video itself...
  • So I don't know, what could I do?
  • I'm gonna remove this.
  • I'm gonna delete the first sentence from the video.
  • Now, what happens is, if on your website you are using the OneTake AI player, then you have no more work to do.
  • Like it just automatically, OneTake AI will update the video that is published on your website.
  • If you shared the link with someone, it will update the video that is on the link.
  • So if they click, they will no longer hear this first sentence.
  • When to re-export

  • But if you have downloaded it, then of course OneTake AI cannot change the file that's on your computer.
  • So it will tell you here, if you go to the download section, it will say, "Well, a newer version of this project is available.
  • You need to re-export to get the latest changes," because this video link that I had created is now outdated.
  • It does not have my latest changes, so I can just click Re-export last version to ask for a new version.
  • Auto-post to socials

  • So the next step that I wanted to show you is, first, we made that simple.
  • Everything is in the same place.
  • Second, one of the reasons why we are doing this is to prepare for the next step, which hopefully you'll have in the next version of OneTake AI.
  • We discussed that the last time, that after talking to many of you and having some of you share your workflow and how you do it, I realized that downloading the video to then have to go back to LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram to upload the same video, that's a lot of work.
  • And OneTake AI is there to make your life simpler and help you grow your business more effectively.
  • So what we're going to be doing in the next version is on that same screen here, below the download section, you're going to have a way for you to just tell OneTake AI to connect to your socials.
  • So you'll just say, "Well, this is my Facebook page, this is my LinkedIn, this is my YouTube channel, this is my Instagram." And then directly from inside OneTake AI, you'll be able to say, "Well, as soon as this video is ready, I want you to post it to LinkedIn and Facebook." Or, "I want you to schedule it for next Saturday on YouTube." And then you...
  • So you don't have to do all of this extra work.
  • OneTake AI will just take care of scheduling it on all the platforms that you need,
  • and that will make your work way easier, because that's the goal.
  • Smarter scene layouts

  • We don't want you to have to struggle to get the video out there in front of the people that need to see it.
  • The other big change in OneTake AI 7.19 is for the scene layouts.
  • So when OneTake AI edits the video, we made it a bit smarter now,
  • so that it understands what layout to use in which part of the video.
  • I'm going to show you a setting that you've always had in your account,
  • which is in the settings.
  • If you scroll down, you have advanced settings; no, it's in video editing, sorry.
  • How much text to include, and the settings are:
  • show no text at all,
  • Layout options

  • which would be if you're doing a face-to-camera video;
  • this is just you speaking to the camera.
  • Show main titles only means that OneTake AI would add the title of this section of the video for each section,
  • but no transcript.
  • Turn my video into a professional presentation is the default.
  • And then you could ask to turn your video into a text-only presentation.
  • So, don't show my face at all; just basically create a PowerPoint presentation and show that instead.
  • What we've made OneTake AI able to do is, if you set it to the default, is OneTake AI is now able to pick which layout makes the most sense at any given time in the video.
  • Context-aware editing

  • So instead of having the whole video be you plus the text on the side, which was the default before,
  • now OneTake AI is able to choose to show parts of the video with the presenter and B-roll and the text on the side.
  • choose to show parts of the video with the presenter and B-roll and the text on the side.
  • Other parts of the video will be full screen and just the title.
  • Other parts of the video will come back through having the transcript on the side.
  • And so OneTake AI chooses what makes the most sense based on what you have in the video at a given point.
  • This is very helpful because most of the time, if you're, for instance, telling an emotional story,
  • OneTake AI does not need to show the transcript as you're telling this story of your grandmother's amazing guava marmalade.
  • People don't need the transcript there.
  • Emotion-first moments

  • They need to feel the emotion, and vice versa.
  • If you are making an offer and explaining the details of what is included, then it makes more sense for OneTake AI to be showing,
  • okay, you have this, and you have bonus one, and you have bonus two next to you while you're talking.
  • And same, for instance, if there is an important quote in the video,
  • then OneTake AI might choose to just show that, like full screen, just show this quote.
  • And if there's a recap, like, "These are the three steps.
  • Go take action now," at the end of a video in a master class,
  • then OneTake AI will choose to show that like a PowerPoint slide of the recap and the call to action.
  • So this is a big deal because many people were asking, like, "We're taking the time to do this manually."
  • Manual overrides remain

  • We noticed that many of you were going through the edit to Descript, and then this is still possible, right?
  • And then they were clicking here.
  • Say, "Well, at the start, I want to have just the presenter, and this part, I want to have the presenter and the title.
  • And this part, I want to have this, and this part, I want to have just the text."
  • And so it's, of course, still possible to do this; it's still possible to change it.
  • Subtitle override

  • It's also still possible to tell OneTake AI, "For the whole video, do not show any subtitles or transcription."
  • Right?
  • You can still do that.
  • Smarter default edits

  • But what we wanted is that the default, like the first edit that OneTake AI does for you, would just be always better.
  • We keep making it smarter so that on the first try, once you've uploaded the video, it can be exactly what you needed,
  • and then it's already ready to publish.
  • Small but meaningful upgrades

  • So you'll see that this is an improvement that makes quite a difference,
  • and a positive difference in the result.
  • And then we made a few small improvements to keep improving the experience.
  • User workflow insights

  • One is, I was looking at several of our users that shared their screens with me to show me how they were doing the workflow of editing videos.
  • And I noticed that sometimes you want to change something across the entire video,
  • and I just wanted to make sure that you know how to do it efficiently.
  • Technical interruption

    Resolving screen share

  • share.
  • Two replacement methods

  • So what I was saying is you can, the two ways that you could replace something across the entire script before.
  • If in the video you said, "USA," and you want to replace that with "United States," for example, everywhere.
  • One way would be to go to the settings and to go to the custom instructions and say, "Every time I say, 'USA,' I want the transcript to read, 'United States.'"
  • So, because this would be a custom instruction, OneTake AI at the moment of editing would know to follow this general rule for all of your videos.
  • If you wanted to make that change in a specific video, then there's the easy way and the hard way.
  • The easy way would be to just go to the chat and tell OneTake AI, "At multiple places in the video, I have used an acronym, and I want you to replace it."
  • So for example, you said, "The UAE," and most people do not know what that is.
  • So maybe write Dubai instead.
  • And so OneTake AI is able to do it across the entire video for you.
  • Ask once, update everywhere

  • You just ask once.
  • The hard way would be to go to the editor....
  • and change each word manually across the entire video and make sure not to miss any.
  • So we made it easier if you are doing it through the editor to make the change.
  • Example: replace all

  • So what Sébastien Night meant here was, for example, if you're seeing my screen, there's the word coaching, which is multiple times.
  • Say I want to say that I use double n in coaching instead.
  • And I say replace all occurrences.
  • So it will replace in all my.
  • Back to the demo

  • Yeah, I'm back.
  • I'm gonna try to go back and do the screen share.
  • Thank you, Preetish.
  • Yeah, I think it's working.
  • Yay.
  • It's working.
  • So you are taking the example of changing coaching.
  • Okay.
  • So if I want to change coaching, then I would click on it.
  • And now I have a little button to the right that says replace all occurrences.
  • Demoing replace-all

  • So I'm gonna click that.
  • Well, I'm gonna- I zoomed out- zoomed in a little bit too much.
  • And so now I can say what I want to replace it with.
  • So I can replace coaching with training,
  • and now everywhere that I was saying coaching program, it says training program.
  • Here it says training program.
  • And then here as well, training program, where it said coaching just a second ago.
  • So it's possible now to just replace something across the entire video by doing this.
  • One-word fixes

  • If it's like a one-word change, then that's the easiest way to do it now.
  • the other way is to ask OneTake.
  • So if you want to make a change that is more complex, so let's do...
  • I'm gonna save first.
  • let's do something more complex like,
  • Have you been stressed out?
  • I'm looking at the text and trying to figure out something, funny I would want to do or, something that makes sense to do for the whole video.
  • Okay.
  • So I could say for instance, there are multiple places where it says online in here.
  • Context-aware edits

  • so I can also ask OneTake, so I can edit if I want to replace like this word online, I can do it.
  • But if I want to do something more complex, like, whenever I mention something being done online, instead make it be like it's an in-person, event.
  • So say a seminar, a conference, in-person workshop
  • in the transcript instead.
  • So this, is more complex.
  • It would take me longer to do this manually,
  • so I can just ask OneTake to make that change.
  • Same if I wanted for the whole video to be just the presenter only and not have this variety of different layouts,
  • Global editing commands

  • I could just tell OneTake, "Hey, look, for the whole video, just make the whole thing just me."
  • Or I could say, things like, "I don't want to, I don't want to include any reference to..." whatever could I remove?
  • I want to remove any reference to recent world events.
  • So this could be a whole podcast,
  • and OneTake AI will then just cut out any relevant part, but leave the rest there.
  • So now it says it's changed the transcript.
  • Previewing edits

  • So if we look at what's going to be on the screen, I'm going to reload the page so we can see the new script.
  • And now it says, "This training will be delivered to you in person, so you can attend the seminar."
  • Yeah.
  • Here it says the training program seminar or in-person workshop.
  • It kept online masterclass because I said...
  • Yeah.
  • So this one could be changed still..
  • So if you have changes that you want to make across the entire video, then you can do the one word replacement or ask OneTake to make the change.
  • Finding projects faster

  • Another thing we did is since we noticed that, well, after a while when you start having more videos there, it becomes more difficult to find a specific project.
  • So we added some filters to help you find your content.
  • For instance, my account has 1,063, videos.
  • So for me to find a specific video could take a while if I'm not using the filters.
  • and so now with those filters, I can say, well, I want to find the projects that I made, I created between 1st of January and, 17th of January and I remember that I did this video in I can find it in two seconds.
  • So I have many filters that are available,
  • language,
  • project name or video title,
  • whether it has been translated or not,
  • whether it is a, chat project or a video,
  • Advanced filters

  • whether it's a long or short video.
  • So I remember this was a, short video, so I can find it.
  • But if I said long, it would not return any result, I guess.
  • so yeah, by doing this, it becomes much easier to find your way across large volumes of video.
  • So we just make it so that the power users' lives become, easier over time.
  • one second, I want to show you something else.
  • Mobile and teleprompter updates

  • One other thing that we did is...
  • we made the experience, better once again for mobile screens.
  • we keep improving that because we noticed that many of you are recording and uploading on, smartphones.
  • And so one of our next steps there is also going to be improving the, teleprompter experience on the smartphone as well for those that record, there.
  • So, over time, we are making the smartphone experience better and better.
  • And we fixed a couple of bugs.
  • Language display bug

  • well, most of you attending today's session did not encounter this bug,
  • because the bug was that it was showing the OneTake app in English sometimes to people that wanted another language.
  • But if you want English, then this is not a bug for you.
  • You did not see any difference.
  • but now you could say that you speak both English, French and Spanish,
  • as long as all the words are written in English, because that was the case back then.
  • OneTake AI roadmap

  • and I want to share what we are working on.
  • So auto import content is in progress.
  • We've already released from YouTube.
  • B-roll is done and you have access to it.
  • video analytics is going to be soon available for people that want to try it in beta.
  • Publishing directly from OneTake to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook is currently, under testing.
  • And so you should be able to, use this feature and try it out very soon.
  • A new teleprompter optimized for mobile is on our, roadmap to come soon.
  • New languages and specific dialects like Canadian French, Mexican Spanish, shortening videos, and one of the most important will be summarizing the text, on screen.
  • Smarter on-screen text

  • So right now, just the new version makes it already much better for, not always showing face plus text all the time.
  • So that's gonna be, already a big improvement.
  • And then our next step is being able to show just the main points instead of a transcript, on the screen.
  • And also on the list, of coming elements, API access, and Kishori was asking about organizing projects into folders, so that's also on the roadmap.
  • Project folders

  • Onion has been, working on this.
  • Actually, when we did the last live session and so many people were asking about it, Onion did already a prototype that we could review.
  • So, this should be, something that you will be able to do soon as well.
  • So just if you have many projects, again, that's gonna be useful in order to find your way around all of your content.
  • And then adding or merging multiple videos.
  • So we did a first step in that direction with b-roll,
  • but we'll be, adding, many more capabilities in this direction as well.
  • So yeah, all of this, everything that I've shared and explained today is already available to you in your OneTake account.
  • B-roll and layouts

  • so both the b-roll and the automatic, selection of the layouts.
  • One of the things that I will encourage you to do, we had this happen several times, in the recent demos, is there are a couple of features where some users have, manually disabled them and then...
  • Like, somebody told me today, "Oh, it's too bad that, it takes me so long to remove all of the ums and uhs for my videos manually, because I do it in the editor.
  • And now it's easy with the delete button."
  • But I had to explain that, well, you don't have to do it, manually.
  • it's just because she had turned it off.
  • So in the settings, if you scroll, you have advanced settings for the magic button.
  • Enable magic defaults

  • I would encourage you to go into your accounts, like right now or right after the live session, and go check what you have there.
  • And, you should definitely turn on stutters, filler mistakes, stutters, mistakes and filler words and set it to the default.
  • OneTake is now very precise in removing them.
  • It will save you a ton of time and make the video feel very, you should definitely turn on b-roll generation as well.
  • So I recommend turning on both of those, features.
  • Recommended defaults

  • And then
  • I'm gonna tell you all of the recommended defaults now.
  • So these two, stutters and mistakes and b-roll, custom instructions if you have them, in video editing, I would recommend having how much text set to the recommended version.
  • Now that OneTake knows to switch from show the text to not show the text,
  • but you can reduce it or increase it, the amount of text, if you want.
  • I would recommend adding your name
  • and your brand name to the custom vocabulary.
  • every day, I see...
  • Like some people use, YouTube transcription to transcribe their videos, and it's terrible.
  • It is awful.
  • Add custom vocabulary

  • it cannot even transcribe its own name.
  • I don't, understand how Google owns YouTube but YouTube cannot spell, Google, Gemini, or any Google tools properly.
  • so yeah, just put your name and brand name here so OneTake translates it, transcribes it correctly.
  • And then in audio remastering, I would also recommend that you check that you have all the settings to the recommended values,
  • which is removing the background noise, removing, breathing noises, centering the balance, and removing the dead times because once again, some people, they have been users for a long time and, what happens is, if you've been with us for a very long time, then maybe some features when they were released they were, in a better state, and so you left them disabled.
  • But now they are really good, and so they are recommended.
  • And so everybody that's, a new person that shows up, like, the Johnny-come-latelys just arrive,
  • and they have better settings than you because you have everything turned off by default, right?
  • So I would recommend, making sure that you have all of the, defaults, set properly.
  • Publishing to social media

  • So yeah, so if you have any question, please ask me in the chat.
  • I think I've answered Kishori's question.
  • we have our next slide.
  • I hope I will be able to show, off the, new, publishing to social media.
  • So that's coming very soon.
  • But now OneTake is always getting better because we want to always be of better service to you and your business.
  • So that's it for the update for today.
  • Thanks for attending this session.
  • I see a question from Gab.
  • Replay updates

  • Yes.
  • He says, "Great job.
  • You're constantly improving the platform.
  • It's becoming a really complete suite.
  • I have one request.
  • Can you update the replay page more frequently?" You're right.
  • Faster replay turnaround

  • I noticed when I sent the email for today's session, because in the email I always say, "Well, the replays are there."
  • And then when I sent the email, I realized, oh my God, we have not put on the, replay of the last time.
  • So we're gonna add this one, and also we're gonna be faster.
  • So since we're doing the live on a Friday, I think having it up and updated on the Monday would be, I think, the minimum.
  • So yeah.
  • we'll do that.
  • Thank you for, bringing this up.
  • Custom vocabulary UI

  • And then another question, "Regarding the personal vocabulary feature, can we include more text?
  • Because you have many technical terms.
  • It's hard to see." Ah, yeah, that's a good point, yes.
  • So what you're saying, you'll tell me if I got this right, is in the settings for the custom vocabulary, instead of having it be, like a one-line field like this,
  • have it be something like custom instructions where it's easy to see over multiple lines what you've added?
  • Okay.
  • And it would maybe expand if you add more, text there.
  • Noted your suggestion

  • Okay.
  • I'll just add a note right now.
  • One second.
  • custom vocabulary Sebastian, I have noted it
  • Yes.
  • down here.
  • Vocabulary list game

  • Okay, thank you.
  • And, yeah, because it is capable of taking in 996 words,
  • but the fact that it's on a single line, yeah, it is, quite a...
  • Like, you cannot really, know which words you've added and which words you've not if it's, a thousand words in one line.
  • So, I'll, make sure that we, update that.
  • Thank you for suggesting that.
  • it could be a fun game.
  • It's like, "Hey, we noticed that you've entered 900 words,
  • OneTake AI easter egg

  • and, OneTake added a Easter egg in the list.
  • If you find it, then you get a bonus.
  • Good luck." It's like, go spend the afternoon on it.
  • so thanks for the suggestion.
  • We'll make that, happen, Gab.
  • Flash trainings soon

  • Diane says, "I am loving OneTake.
  • Thank you for all of it." Thank you.
  • Thank you.
  • I'm really grateful to hear that.
  • thanks for attending today's session.
  • just so you know, I've mentioned this before, we are trying to have a couple of flash training set up,
  • so I will email you about those once we have the, dates for them.
  • Multilingual expert sessions

  • Especially we want to do one on SEO.
  • We have...
  • So it's a French expert, so the session, the live session, will probably be in French,
  • but we'll, use OneTake to translate it so we can send you the, translation,
  • and we'll also give you the possibility to send questions maybe ahead of time if you have them, for the expert as well.
  • So thanks for attending today's session.
  • Thanks and goodbye

  • Have a fantastic day, evening, morning, night, depending on your timezone,
  • and I will see you very soon.
  • This Zoom room will self-destruct in five, four, three, two, one.
  • Have a great
