OneTake: Schedule Videos Effortlessly with Content Calendar

  • Welcome to this session of the "Real Time" with OneTake AI.
  • Today, I'm going to share with you what is new in OneTake AI 8.4,
  • and everything that I'm going to show you today is already available inside your OneTake AI account.
  • So I'm going to show you some really cool stuff that we have done for you that you were not yet aware of.
  • Recap: OneTake AI 8.2

  • As a quick reminder, what was new when we had the last live session where I showed the updates of OneTake AI 8.2, code name Zaben.
  • The first is we enabled the ability for you to talk to OneTake AI.
  • So right now you can go to your OneTake AI account,
  • and anywhere you would be interacting with OneTake AI, whether it is on the homepage here or when editing a project,
  • you now have in the text field a voice input icon, which is a little microphone.
  • And if you click that...
  • Why Voice Input

  • Hi, I am looking for about ten ideas of great YouTube titles that I could use for my channel.
  • I would like to cover the topics of interesting ideas to use AI to grow your business, using online videos.
  • So give me some cool YouTube titles.
  • Instead of typing my message, I can just dictate it, to OneTake.
  • why have we added that?
  • For two reasons.
  • The first is after talking to many of you, we noticed that many people use OneTake to brainstorm and discuss ideas, plans, outlines, titles and things like that.
  • And so it is usually easier to brainstorm verbally and tell OneTake what you need
  • and then have it write than instead of having to write all of the instructions.
  • So this is to make your life easier.
  • Two-way Voice Interaction

  • And not only can you talk to OneTake, but also, OneTake can, talk back.
  • So when it sends a reply back, we've also added not only speech to text, but also text to speech.
  • You can hit the little play button below
  • OneTake's answer and get-
  • Here are ten catchy YouTube title ideas that can help grab attention while discussing how to use AI to grow your business with online videos.
  • Unlocking AI.
  • Okay, so we can have this, back and forth, both ways when interacting with OneTake.
  • Publishing and Sharing

  • So that's one of the big changes that you had in OneTake eight point two.
  • Another thing that has been new in OneTake eight point two is the ability to publish to YouTube.
  • when we first shipped this feature, you could only publish videos as public in YouTube, meaning everybody could see it,
  • and now you have the choice.
  • So if I go back to
  • any video in my account...
  • this is an interview I did in French, but, we'll see here.
  • Share and Embed Options

  • If I want to publish this on YouTube, I will hit the Share and Publish button here,
  • or the Share and Publish button at the top here.
  • And when I click it, I have the following options.
  • I can get the link of the mini website that OneTake created for me.
  • So if I just want a share link that I can share with someone, I can just copy that link
  • and give them that link.
  • It will have the page with the video
  • and the full transcript that OneTake generated for me.
  • Or I can copy the link to just the video,
  • or I can embed the player into my own website.
  • Direct Social Publishing

  • So all of this has been available to you for a while.
  • But on top of having this, you've also had the ability to download the video.
  • And now you have the ability to publish it to your social media.
  • So you can click YouTube or Facebook or Instagram or TikTok or LinkedIn
  • and say, "Well, I want to publish this to, say, Facebook."
  • And you're able to customize the title, the description, when you want this post to go up to your social media,
  • and you're able to do all of this.
  • Same for YouTube.
  • Scheduling and Automation

  • But now when you schedule content for YouTube...
  • So I'm gonna do it for...
  • I think I have a project where I have a bunch of shorts.
  • So let's say I want to publish one of those YouTube shorts to my YouTube channel.
  • I can hit Publish
  • and then say I want to have it on YouTube.
  • It's gonna detect that it's gonna be a short because it's a vertical video.
  • asking me for the title and description, which OneTake writes for me,
  • and I can decide when it goes out.
  • I can also decide if this is going to be public, which is the default of course,
  • Visibility Settings

  • because if you publish into YouTube usually it's because you want traffic and people will see your content.
  • But other than that, you can set it as unlisted, which means anyone that gets the link can still view the video,
  • but nobody can find it on YouTube.
  • And private means only you can see it,
  • so it's in your YouTube account, but it's not publicly accessible to anyone.
  • So let's say I want this video to be unlisted,
  • and I want to schedule it to go out tomorrow.
  • tomorrow is the actually.
  • then I can do this and hit Schedule Post.
  • So here the video will be sent to YouTube by OneTake tomorrow at the time that I specified.
  • Batch Planning Benefits

  • So this is extremely useful
  • because now that OneTake enables you to connect it directly to your social media,
  • you can get all of your content ready and scheduled in advance
  • and put, like, the next month or quarter of content in one go.
  • And then we had a couple of improvements in the last update.
  • so OneTake is both able to publish to YouTube, but also to import videos from YouTube.
  • And when that happens, it also imports the thumbnails.
  • That was one of the new things.
  • Import Live YouTube Videos

  • OneTake is now able to import, live shows from YouTube.
  • So if you have done a YouTube live or if you want to import from somebody else's channel that did a live session,
  • you would go here and click, "I want to import from YouTube," paste the link here,
  • and this works now with both prerecorded video, but also with live videos.
  • Well, once the live has ended, then you...
  • Of course, you cannot import the video into OneTake while it is still happening,
  • and you cannot import it if it is scheduled in the future.
  • But you can import any live YouTube video that has ended.
  • And then, there were bug fixes on translations and, logos last time.
  • OneTake AI 8.4: Voice Mode

  • Now, what I'm showing today are the new things that are present in the version of OneTake that you have right now in your account if you go to app.onetake.ai.
  • So OneTake eight point four, codename Dodoria.
  • The first big update is voice mode.
  • So now you are able to turn on voice mode and have a back and forth voice conversation with OneTake.
  • This is a different from what you had before.
  • So I'm gonna share screen.
  • Show you an example.
  • Let's see.
  • Demo: Dictation and Titles

  • I take this project.
  • So now instead of typing in the chat, you have the mic button, which is to start dictation.
  • You can talk to it,
  • but you can also enable voice mode, which you can do here.
  • I am looking to write an article based on what I say in the video.
  • Give me five ideas of titles for that article.
  • Here are five engaging titles for your article based on the video content.
  • One thing that's funny here is that since the video that I'm talking about was in French, it's giving me titles that are in French as well.
  • So that's why it's reading the titles in French, because I picked a French video.
  • Language and Style Edits

  • I should have picked an English video.
  • So thanks for the titles.
  • I want to write a, an article in English,
  • so give me the first title in English.
  • Dearly: An Analysis of Pizza King and Cetelem.
  • Confirming Edits Verbally

  • Okay, that works for me.
  • And also I noticed that the video, using a vertical style.
  • Could you edit that video and, make it the classic style instead?
  • The video style has been successfully changed to the classic style.
  • Edit with Your Voice

  • Okay.
  • That's it for now.
  • Thank you.
  • I'm just gonna stop voice mode.
  • So the idea here is I can make the edits verbally.
  • I speak to OneTake.
  • OneTake makes the changes, shows me the preview,
  • and then listens to what I have to say about it.
  • So this is useful both in editing the video itself, making changes to it,
  • OneTake as Your Assistant

  • but also in creating collateral based on the video.
  • So very often once I edit a video, I will ask to write a newsletter so I can send an email to my list about the video.
  • I will ask to write a blog post so I can put the video on my website.
  • I will ask to write other things that, I use when I publish the video.
  • And this is the first...
  • So the first step was just having the ability to talk to it.
  • The second step was having voice mode like you have here.
  • The third step of this evolution is you have to the direction that we're going.
  • The direction that we are going is enabling you to interact with OneTake like you would with a new employee who's tasked with editing your video and creating your content and helping you with marketing tasks.
  • So that's why we have this interaction.
  • Next Steps and Calendar

  • So the next step is making it faster in terms of how fast it responds to you and how interactive the editing is,
  • and this will be happening very soon.
  • So this is new in OneTake AI 8.4.
  • And the second big thing that we have in OneTake AI 8.4 is something that was requested when I did the live demo of how OneTake AI is now able to connect to your YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook to publish directly there without you having to download to the computer and then upload it.
  • Somebody during the live session, I think it was with the French customers, said, "Hey, actually this is great,
  • but we need to have a way to see the calendar," like what has been published and what is yet to be published or what is scheduled.
  • And so this is why we created this calendar.
  • So you can access it now by clicking in the left-hand menu on OneTake AI here.
  • Content Calendar

  • You have a new icon here, a new tab called Content Calendar,
  • and if you click on it, you can see all of the content that you have published through OneTake AI to your socials.
  • So here, this is a YouTube video, for example, published on the third of July.
  • Today, I published two videos: one on YouTube and one on Facebook.
  • There is a monthly view.
  • Of course, I can look into the future and into the past.
  • There is a monthly view, there is a weekly view,
  • and there is the ability to filter and see only the videos that I've published to YouTube or scheduled to YouTube, only the ones for Instagram, only the ones for Facebook, and all of them.
  • Published Clips

  • So here, you can see the videos that are in gold are the ones that have been published.
  • So at 2:32 PM my time, this video about the Angel Med ad strategy has been published to my YouTube channel.
  • So this is the title, the description that was used,
  • and I have the link here which links directly to the video.
  • Because it was a short that OneTake AI automatically clipped from one of my long-form interviews.
  • From Interview to Clips

  • I did a, I think, about an hour-long interview that once edited was forty minutes,
  • and then OneTake AI created about twenty clips from it
  • and posted this one to YouTube on my behalf.
  • So it's posted to my French YouTube channel,
  • and it's online now,
  • and it's been published directly through OneTake AI.
  • So I have access to it here.
  • I have the link.
  • I can copy the link.
  • Connect and Publish

  • I can go back to see the project.
  • So for instance, if I wanted to take this video, which is on YouTube, and publish it to Instagram as well, I would click to open the project,
  • and here I would be able to say, "I want to post it now to Instagram."
  • Now, because my Instagram channel is not yet connected to my OneTake AI account, if I click this button, I get a pop-up that opens, requesting me to authorize OneTake AI to connect to my Instagram account.
  • So I get a little pop-up here to connect,
  • and if I click Connect, then I get the request from Instagram that says, "Hey, do you want to allow OneTake AI to access your Instagram account for posting new videos?"
  • And then when I say yes, it works.
  • So that's what I've done.
  • I've already connected YouTube and Facebook.
  • Edit Scheduled Posts

  • And so in the calendar, you can see all the content that you have published
  • and all the content that is scheduled.
  • So I can see that on July 27th, I have an upcoming post called Attirer des prospects qualifiés.
  • Okay?
  • And so from there, I can modify the scheduled post directly from the calendar.
  • So when I scheduled it, I said I wanted this title.
  • I wanted the video to be unlisted.
  • I'm changing my mind, actually.
  • I want it to be public.
  • And there's a link here.
  • Reschedule Fast

  • I can add gratuit, which is free,
  • and I can decide when I want to schedule it,
  • so I can change the time if I want to 4 PM.
  • Okay?
  • So I'm able to reschedule the post that is scheduled in the future.
  • I'm able to change my mind and say, "Well, actually, just publish it right now," to unschedule it,
  • or I can open the project to edit it.
  • So this is possible directly from the calendar, which is a huge time saver.
  • So let me recap because this is important.
  • Ditch Extra Tools

  • Thanks to this new feature, you now can save like all of the extra...
  • I've talked to many of our customers over the last few weeks and months,
  • and many were using extra additional tools, like using OneTake AI to edit the video and then downloading the video, and then using other tools to create the video clips, and then downloading the video clips, and then using a third tool again to schedule the content to go out to Facebook and LinkedIn and so on.
  • And so we wanted to make your life much easier.
  • So OneTake AI creates the clips,
  • and from there you can also say where you want to post them.
  • So in terms of improvements, we have now made it much more streamlined to publish shorts from a video.
  • So I'm going to show that.
  • Create Shorts

  • Let's take,
  • I'm going to show two projects.
  • This is a project that I have.
  • It's a long video.
  • If I want...
  • It's like, it's forty-one minutes.
  • If I want to create shorts from it, I will
  • click, shorts here.
  • Auto or Guided Clips

  • And then I can either leave it to OneTake to choose the best clips from my video,
  • or I can say, "Well, I have guidelines." Like, "I would like to only focus on the marketing aspects of the advice given in this podcast, and I do not want any of the technical aspects.
  • So if a segment has too much jargon or is too technical, I do not use it in any of my clips.
  • Thank you."
  • So I could just dictate
  • It- I found it to be much faster to dictate than to type.
  • I type fast, but I don't type as fast as I talk.
  • So I can do this and say, "Well, extract the viral clips," okay?
  • And it's gonna do that in a couple of minutes.
  • Shorts Management

  • I'm going to also show you a project where I have done that already.
  • So if I go to my project list, this one has shorts.
  • And before, what you had to do when OneTake had created a bunch of shorts from a video for you,
  • if you wanted to publish them, you had to go to edit that short and then click publish and then click download and so on,
  • and it was a lot of work.
  • Now, from the main project, I can see all of the shorts that have been created.
  • All I need to do is to click this button here, Shorts.
  • And if I've already created them, then they are already available.
  • And then from there, I can click Download if I just want to get the file,
  • Publish Instead of Download

  • which it's gonna open in my browser.
  • It's gonna download it.
  • or...
  • So this is a...
  • Honestly, this is a bit of a waste of time because if I already...
  • Like, typically, you want the shorts to go somewhere,
  • and so we made it easy for you to just post it to somewhere by clicking Publish
  • and then choosing which platform we want to publish to.
  • Okay?
  • Platform Rules

  • So I can say, "I want this to go to Facebook," for instance,
  • and select the date and time to publish it on Facebook.
  • One thing I did not mention is if you want to publish the content to YouTube,
  • if it is a short vertical video, it will be in YouTube Shorts.
  • But if it is a long vertical video,
  • it needs to be a standard YouTube post.
  • And if it is a short horizontal video, it is also standard, just so you know.
  • So that's why it's saying here, "I cannot post this as a YouTube short because this clip is longer than three minutes."
  • I think it's eight minutes.
  • So, if you post a eight-minute clip to YouTube, it will be a regular YouTube video, not a YouTube Short video.
  • Grab Published Links

  • and now when OneTake publishes the content for you, it also gives you the link to the content that has been published on your behalf,
  • so you can easily find it.
  • So you can find it in two places.
  • One is you just go to the content calendar.
  • So you are here.
  • You go to the menu, content calendar.
  • You're here.
  • And in the content calendar, you can click on any content that has been published.
  • So this is the content published today,
  • and I have the link here,
  • Copy Links Quickly

  • so I can copy the link.
  • Same for YouTube.
  • You can just click it and open it, and it will open YouTube,
  • or I can click Copy Link.
  • Okay?
  • So this is one easy way, once OneTake has published the content for you, that you can grab the link.
  • You just go to the calendar and get it from there.
  • The other way that you can do it is from the project.
  • If you have, the video, I can't remember which one it was.
  • I think it was this one.
  • Share & Publish

  • Then if you click Share & Publish, and if it's already been published...
  • Let's see.
  • It's not this one.
  • So if it's already been published, it will give you the link.
  • Let me find it.
  • I did it.
  • Sebastien?
  • Yeah.
  • You could go to Calendar and find a published post, click on Open Project, and then come.
  • Promote Your Content

  • Let's do that.
  • So when I am inside the project, if I click Share & Publish,
  • then for the platforms where it has already been pushed, if I just click Facebook, for instance, it's going to copy the Facebook link of the post that has been published.
  • Same for YouTube.
  • If I click it, it's going to copy this YouTube link here for me.
  • So this is easy to find;
  • the content that you have published is easy to find afterwards if you want to promote it, email your list about it, or run ads to it.
  • And then in this version 8.4, we also have bug fixes.
  • Interview Video Style

  • There was a small bug that happened in the interview video style where...
  • So this is this style.
  • So if I'm doing a podcast where we have two people, side by side, like a Zoom recording in gallery mode or using Microsoft Teams or Google Meet,
  • then OneTake will pick the interview video style.
  • B-roll explained

  • And for a while, we had a little bug where the titles were not visible.
  • So here, "Devoilé le secret du nouvel algorithme publicitaire Andromède" was not visible,
  • so that has been fixed.
  • And if you are a lifetime user, in the settings screen where you can see the balance for your account, it was not possible to see how many minutes you had left,
  • so we have fixed this as well.
  • And then one thing that some people do not know about is that OneTake has the ability to show you...
  • OneTake can add B-roll to your videos.
  • So B-roll means OneTake adds visuals that match what is being said in the video.
  • Customizing B-roll

  • So this is a video of my interview with Damien talking about traffic,
  • and OneTake added these little clips in different moments of the videos when we're talking about how to brainstorm your ads, how to get more traffic, how to get more views, and things like that.
  • So if you see these B-roll icons in your script, it's because when you edited the video, you had this setting checked, which is Generate B-roll clips.
  • Of course, you can turn it off or on.
  • You can have it by default or not in your account.
  • In my account, it is set to yes by default,
  • and you're able to change them afterwards.
  • So you can edit,
  • and you can add new B-roll,
  • or you can change existing B-roll.
  • Fine-tuning clips

  • So here we have someone using a tablet.
  • I could switch that to a young man using a desktop computer
  • and use this guy and use him here.
  • So now this clip is gonna play at this moment of the video.
  • So this is included, already in our account.
  • You're able to do this.
  • we had a bug for a short while where if in the same sentence you were using more than one B-roll segment,
  • so you had several little clips inside of one sentence, then it was difficult to,
  • you could only edit the first one, and so we fixed that.
  • Custom color palettes

  • I think Dr.
  • Ralph had, encountered this issue, if I'm right, Pritish.
  • so he's gonna be very happy to hear that this has, has been solved.
  • And, and then another bug that we fixed is a custom color palettes.
  • So every account has the ability to customize the, colors that OneTake uses when editing your video.
  • By default, when OneTake edits a video, it looks like at the color of your skin, the color of what you're wearing, and the color of the background to pick the palette that is going to be most suitable for the video.
  • But you can customize it to be the colors that you prefer
  • or that match your brand.
  • So for example, my videos usually have these set of colors with the gold and the dark purple,
  • Design and fonts

  • which looks like a very dark gray, but it's actually purple.
  • And this is here in the Customize Video tab.
  • On the right, you have Color palette and Fonts.
  • And OneTake will recommend a set of colors.
  • You have a huge choice of existing color sets,
  • but you can pick a customized one.
  • And so for us at OneTake, I picked the colors that are part of our brand guidelines.
  • So this is our golden grass, yellow,
  • Typography choices

  • bleached cedar, which is actually a dark purple, for the text and the background of the play bar.
  • A pink, which I don't remember the name for because designers have funny names for everything.
  • And a alabaster, off-white for the background color of the video.
  • And then the fonts, this is the font for most text.
  • This is Montserrat.
  • And if I click the font, I can see a preview.
  • It will take a minute to load because we have so many fonts available,
  • but it shows the preview of what each font looks like.
  • And the secondary font is for the titles.
  • OneTake AI 8.4

  • And so I created this set of custom colors,
  • and then I checked this box, which is Apply this color palette to all my future videos.
  • So now every video that I make uses my set of, colors.
  • So for a short while, there was a bug where OneTake didn't to it,
  • and decided to still do its own thing instead of doing what you asked.
  • But we have since fixed this,
  • and so now you're able to use color palettes and OneTake respects it.
  • And so this is what's new in OneTake eight point four.
  • What's coming next

  • And so, to let you know what's coming up next in the roadmap, what we've been working on.
  • So voice mode, being able to interact continuously in voice conversation with OneTake is delivered,
  • and the publishing calendar to view all of your past content and your scheduled content in one place is also delivered.
  • So, if you have any questions about these features, the new features, anything upcoming, just ask me in chat.
  • what's coming up next?
  • We are working on a new pipeline for exporting videos, which will make exports much faster and near instant.
  • the ability for OneTake to show a summary of the key points of what you're saying instead of the full transcription on screen, that's coming as well.
  • and then once we have both, then we are able to make OneTake much faster and also smarter at the same time
  • because both updates will be linked.
  • The new model used for OneTake will be faster and smarter,
  • Smarter editing features

  • and also enable us to implement a skill system, which some of you might have heard of with other, like, more generalist AI tools and assistants, where you can teach it new skills, store new skills in your account and things like this, and where it's able to do much more.
  • Several of our customers with many, many, many videos in their account have asked for the ability to organize projects into folders.
  • We have moved forward on this, and, it's not too far in the future.
  • Video analytics as well.
  • Now that we have voice mode, we are going for a voice-driven editing experience,
  • which you will be able to experience soon, I hope.
  • so that's what's new.
  • Scheduling shorts

  • I have a question from Eric, who is asking, "Do you have to schedule your shorts one by one,
  • or can they be scheduled in bulk and time-spaced between them?"
  • This is...
  • I see, Pritish nodding his head.
  • This is a great idea, Eric.
  • So right now you have to schedule them one by one.
  • So OneTake creates all the shorts for a video,
  • and you pick the ones that you like,
  • and you say, "Well, I'm gonna schedule this one, this one, this one, this one."
  • But your idea is awesome, and so we're going to do that.
  • Bulk scheduling plan

  • and let's see.
  • I'm typing as I'm talking,
  • so that's why my train of thought seems to be interrupted.
  • So this is a great, question that you just asked, Eric.
  • So what we are going to do is we're going to add what you just suggested.
  • So the ability to schedule the, the shorts in bulk.
  • And I think how we'll maybe make it, we need to test a bit,
  • but I think how we'll make it is enable you to pick the start date and time and the space in between,
  • and also the ability to say, "I want," like to select which ones are gonna make it.
  • Schedule by score

  • So because if I look at one of my projects,
  • if I go to shorts, here I have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty...
  • two, twenty-four, twenty-six, twenty-seven.
  • So I have twenty-seven shorts here, but their score, is wildly different.
  • So eighty-eight is pretty good.
  • Over seventy-five or eighty is great.
  • but sixty-nine is not as good.
  • So I think what we would need is the ability to say, "Well, I want to schedule all the shorts that are above eighty," because I have that many here,
  • "and I want to schedule them starting tomorrow, one per day."
  • so it's a deal, Eric.
  • Try it now

  • tell me if, if that answers your need.
  • But I think what you suggested was a great idea.
  • So we're gonna work that and figure it out.
  • thanks.
